Cancellation Policy


Any bookings cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date will be eligible for a full refund, however any cancellations after the 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.



Our check in times are between 2pm and 12pm,  however staff do live on site so if you will be arriving later that our standard check in times please make us aware prior to your arrival. Depending upon your time of arrival you may find there to be no receptionist on duty. If this is the case, please pick up the telephone located on the reception desk. It is an internal call that when rung will receive our immediate attention.

If arriving by car, please feel free to drop your bags off before parking your vehicle. We will also be able to give you directions to the nearest car park if needed.

Car Parking


All of the Cornwall Council car parks listed below operate a pay and display service. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased online at The Island car park also provides a chip and pin machine to purchase weekly tickets only. Once you have that weekly ticket however, that will enable you to use the ticket on any of the other car parks (please call 03001234222 for further information).

All the below car parks are £7.50 for 24 hours or £47.00 for 1 week (only available to purchase at the Island Car Park)

  • Park Avenue Coach Park TR26 2DN (closest to the hotel)
  • Leisure Centre Car Park TR26 1HB
  • Island Car Park TR26 1SY (long stays, chip and pin machine)
  • Train Station Car Park TR26 2BH
  • Barnoon Car Park TR26 1JD


We do have a couple of parking spaces at the back of the hotel, which are reserved for disabled parking and bikes. Please call us on 01736 795277 if you wish to reserve one. These are available on a first come first serve basis.



Check out is at 10am. We are happy to keep your bags for you after check out until your departure. Failing to leave your room on time, could result in charge of another night of accommodation.



All bookings for the hotel are to be made as Advance Payments. This means within 24 hours of your booking payment will be taken.
